This machine can be set the technological process in advance and execute automatically so that it solves the problems 

of complication by manual operation and the inconformity between the color and the optical performance. Configuring 

different evaporation source, electron gun,ion source and the film thickness gauge ,it can coating a variety of film system,

whichcan not only coating superhard film on a glass surface ,but also satisfy the request of coating automobile reflective glass, telescope,cold light cup and so on.
